Excellent place with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff showed great respect and help towards my elderly parents. I definitely recommend this spot for a cozy stay!

Brand-new rooms with newer furnishings, the balcony, felt like home...

Had a perfectly pleasant time.

I enjoyed my stay, as the room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering helpful local dining suggestions. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, and the location requires a bit of driving to reach nearby restaurants and attractions.

Everything was simply nice. The breakfasts were awesome, always with plenty of meals. Location: the hotel was close enough to highway, the turnpike and interstate. Plus there was a lake, within 55 minutes walk or so.

That included breakfast, they had good coffee and I was able to make the reservation online and pay until I got to the hotel.

That when we were given the room it was frozen, I guess the cleaning area forgot to turn off the weather from days ago, door was soaked, from the steam generated from the intense cold inside and cold that was "warmer". Inside the hotel there were many areas that were with the lights off so we got lost, it seemed that we were in a scary movie, it was difficult to find the dining room.

The quiet sometimes or if they cleaned my room because sometimes they didn't pass

bathroom is very small apart as two cockroaches not spraying the rooms the breakfast gave me allergy. not if it was with what they prepare it or the water. should change the breakfast. since it always has the not working of the machines. I think the time should be until 10 because many children wake up later and lady is rude to be at 930 am even if it is missing 2 minutes says I'll be not let children take or juice or cereal anything and that can extend the time or allow children to take because it is a machine and will not make a breakthrough for them.

Good price and room was clean and just fine.

Would like a bit better quality bed.

Had to call front desk to request for the room to be cleaned. It was after 5:00pm when our room was cleaned.

Good Location but Room Issues Need Attention

The cleanliness of my room was decent, but the musty smell persisted, seriously affecting my comfort. I appreciated the pet-friendly environment, as well as the nearby dining options.

Nice well kept pool area.

It advertises free internet in your room, but many rooms can't get internet signal, forcing people to carry their laptop to the lounge area.

Was noisy until 3:00a.M. Beds noisy & uncomfortable. Room was dreary and could have been cleaner.

We booked 4 rooms: 3 non-smoking and 1 smoking. Upon arrival, there were only 2 non-smoking. We decided to "inspect" the smoking room, but it was only possible to stay there with CDC bio-hazard clothes. So two had to share one room. My room was non-smoking but had a really bad smoking smell.

Decent parking and quick check-in, but the pool was temporarily closed .
